1. Terms and Conditions are Binding on all Purchases
a. All orders are deemed offers for You to purchase our products or/and services. The Art Bar may accept your offer by issuing a confirmatory e-mail and/or mobile confirmation of the products specified in Your order. The Art Bar’s acceptance of each such offer is expressly subject to and conditioned on Your assent to these Terms and The Art Bar’s Privacy Policy.
b. The Art Bar reserves the right, with or without prior notice, to do any one or more of the following: (i) limit the available quantity of or discontinue any product or service; (ii) impose conditions on the honouring of any coupon, coupon code, promotional code, or other similar promotion; (iii) bar You from making or completing any or all sale transaction(s); and (iv) refuse to provide You with any product or service.
c. You agree that by placing an order on the Website, You are entering into a binding contract with The Art Bar and agree to pay all charges and taxes that may be incurred by you or on your behalf through the Website, at the price(s) in effect when such charges are incurred including, without limitation, all shipping, taxes and handling charges.
2. Order Processing
a. Subject to Clause 7 (b), orders received are usually processed within 4-5 Business Days. For the purpose of this Terms, the term “Business Days” shall mean, a day not being a Saturday and Sunday, on which banks in India are open for normal banking business.
b. The Art Bar provides expedited shipping.
3. Order Changes and Cancellation
a. Any product additions, quantity changes or specification changes made to accepted orders will be modified in the order details.
b. Once the order is placed it can be cancelled within 24 hours.
c. The Art Bar may, without liability, cancel any accepted order before shipment if our credit department does not approve Your credit or if there are other problems with the payment mode selected by You.
4. Shipping and Handling
a. Subject to return of products under Clause 9 (a)(i), The Art Bar offers standard & Express shipping all over India on all pre-packed boxes. For the purpose of this clause 8, pre-packed boxes shall mean and include such boxes, bags and packages that are curated, designed and packed by The Art Bar exclusively. Standard shipping and express shipping options are available on all products, based on availability, and shall be charged in addition to the price of selected product. Such shipping fees shall be as displayed on product checkout. The Art Bar does not ship any of its product outside India.
b. You acknowledge that shipping and delivery schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. The Art Bar is not liable for any delays in shipments. Title and risk of loss and damages pass on to You upon product(s) delivery or service rendered to You.
c. Shop orders will ship within 2 (two) Business Days of being processed as per clause 7 for all in-stock items. The Art Bar will email Your tracking information as soon as possible.
